Attorney Jennifer Culotta specializes in the defense of white collar and business criminal charges. In her over 20 years as a litigator, Ms. Culotta has tried more than 200 jury trials in state and federal courts. In addition to defending her clients against criminal charges, she has helped corporations establish systems to avoid such charges in the first place.
Ms. Culotta's acumen is not limited to the courtroom. She is also a highly experienced investigator who has worked on both sides of the law. As an internal investigator, she has uncovered fraud, corruption and deception on the part of rogue employees. She has also applied her keen investigative skills to exonerate many defense clients.
Ms. Culotta's prior experience includes acting as Executive Counsel to the Director of the Criminal Enforcement Division with the EPA in Washington, D.C. She spent time as a Homicide Special Prosecutor in Louisiana and as a National Law Enforcement Academy Instructor in Georgia. In the private sector, she rose to the ranks of partner in the private law practice of Hunton & Williams in Washington, D.C.
A graduate of Brandeis School of Law, Ms. Culotta has accumulated awards and recognition in every phase of her career. She was recently named one of a highly selective group of attorneys with Top Defense Wins by the National Law Journal.
