March 2010
Violation:
Client was the Army Junior ROTC instructor at a high school. Client was being investigated for allegedly inappropriately touching four high school girls under his supervision.
Facing:
Client was facing 2 years in prison and sex offender registration.
Result:
LibertyBell Law Group intervened at just the right time. Attorney Richard Wagner and LibertyBell’s local Colorado attorney, Matt Martin were able to point out inconsistencies in the victims’ stories. As a result, no charges were filed.
January 2010
Violation:
Client was charged with felony Fraud and Identity Theft
Facing:
5 years in Prison and a $25,000.00 fine.
Result:
No jail time! As a result of Attorney Richard Wagner's extensive negotiations with the prosecution, our client was offered and accepted a plea deal resulting in client being placed on probation only for 18 months.
October 2010
Violation:
Client was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree for allegedly touching his girlfriend’s minor daughter in an inappropriate manner.
Facing:
10 years in prison and a $20,000.00 fine.
Result:
After extensive conversations with the detectives and prosecutor, Attorney Richard Wagner and LibertyBell Law Group's Minnesota Attorney, Jeff DeGree, convinced the State to drop all charges.
