February 2010
Violation:
Client was charged with aggravated armed robbery.
Facing:
Client was facing 10 years in prison.
Result:
Attorney Skalsky’s thorough investigation of the facts of this case reveled multiple criminal arrests and discredited facts of the victims and witnesses involved in this case. As a result, on the day of trial the prosecution offered our client a misdemeanor with no jail time. Client pled to a misdemeanor and was placed on probation.
October 2009
Violation:
Our client being investigated for allegations of rape.
Facing:
Client was facing a total of 15 years in prison.
Result:
After extensive negotiations with the investigating officer and prosecution, Attorney Wade Skalsky was able to persuade the D.A. to not file charges.
May 2009
Violation:
Our client was charged with Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being stopped by the police for speeding.
Facing:
Client was facing a total of 7 years with two statutory enhancements.
Result:
Attorney Wade Skalsky vigorously negotiated a plea on Client's behalf. Our client only pled to possession of a controlled substance and received 60 days home detention and will be allowed to keep his job and attend work during his home detention.
May 2009
Violation:
2 Counts Statutory Rape, Criminal Sexual Act with a Child, Endangering Welfare of a Child, Rape in the 3rd degree, Unlawfully dealing with a child in the 1st degree, and Sexual Abuse in the 3rd degree.
Facing:
28 years in Prison
Result:
After extensive negotiations Attorney Wade Skalsky negotiated a plea agreement and our client only served 6 months in county jail. Wade Skalsky also negotiated that our client would not be sentenced until he finished his current military tour in Iraq and will be granted an HONORABLE discharge.
March 2009
Violation:
Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Grand Theft of an Automobile and Driving Under the Influence
Facing:
8 years
Result:
90 days in a half way house
March 2009
Violation:
Possession of Child Pornography – Federal Crime
Facing:
15 years in Federal Prison
Result:
After communications with the AUSA, supervising attorney Wade Skalsky was able to persuade the AUSA not to pursue the case.
January 2009
Violation:
Client was pulled over at a check point and was found in possession of 44 grams of cocaine, 12 ecstasy pills, and drug paraphernalia. Client was charged with possession with intent to sell.
Facing:
Client was facing 5 years in prison.
Result:
After a thorough evaluation of the evidence and facts of the case, Attorney Wade Skalsky and LibertyBell Law Group's Arizona Local Counsel convinced the prosecutor to offer the lesser charge of narcotics possession for personal use. The client served NO jail time. He was placed on probation only and ordered to pay a minimal fine and do 360 hours of community service.

Facing:
20 years in prison.
Result:
After extensive discussions with the investigating officer and the District Attorney, LibertyBell Law Group Attorney Wade Skalsky and LibertyBell Law Group's Oregon Local Counsel convinced the District Attorney to drop the charges in this case.

Violation:
Domestic Violence and Violation of a Protective Order
Facing:
Client was facing 210 days in jail.
Result:
Attorney Wade Skalsky and LibertyBell Law Group's Las Vegas, Nevada Local Counsel successfully negotiated a plea agreement for their client. He only received 36 hours of counseling. Client did NOT receive any jail time.
January 2009
Violation:
Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after endangering the lives of two fire-fighters by nearly striking them both as they were loading their truck.
Facing:
Client avoided the normal enhancements and was not required to perform any jail time or community service.
Result:
Client was sentenced to a three month alcohol class, $390 fine and three years of unsupervised probation
